Sabrina from our social media team shows you a short, efficient warm-up and a workout with three exercises that everyone should incorporate into their workout at the gym or at home.
All you need are some mini bands or optionally a kettlebell for advanced users.

- 5x Cobra + Downward Facing Dog + Scorpion right and left
- 10x Worlds Greatest Stretch/Side
Workout: Let´s get moving
3 Rounds:
- 10x Push up Banded Hand Side Steps
- 10x alt. Lunge with Side Rotation
- 10x Pallof Press + Squat
