My Private Gym
My Private Gym offers its customers a unique concept that has laid the foundations for its success and has now led to the opening of its second boutique studio. The simple online booking of training times for individual workouts as well as for group courses or personal training emphasises the flexibility of this offer. The focus here is clearly on maintaining privacy.
The two new premises [Obersendling/Thalkirchen] have everything you need for optimal functional training. In addition to a rack, ski trainer, rowing ergometer, kettlebells and dumbbells and barbells, a sled with matching flooring has been integrated. This provides ideal conditions for working on performance and health.
Orangery
The coworking space in Solingen - a place where the working working atmosphere is simply inspiring. Spread over 3000 m² office space with state-of-the-art furnishings, its own restaurant and café as well as a roof terrace.

Sunflower Performance Training
The studio in Fossano, Italy was completely designed and realised by us - from the plan to the floor, rack and kettlebell. It offers enough space for group training sessions and personal coaching.
The operators have a holistic approach in which not only functional training, but also nutrition, regeneration and well-being play an important role.

GET TO KNOW
The first step on our journey together can be either a personal meeting on site meeting on site, a video call/online meeting or by telephone. After discussing your wishes and requirements, we create a customised offer that takes possible changes into account. (Only when the offer matches your expectations, we will commission the realisation). Then we plan the production in detail, from floor coverings to structures such as rigs. Our experts ensure precise planning for a smooth realisation. Your studio takes shape as we carefully prepare each component to turn your vision into reality.

IMPLEMENTATION
The next step involves the delivery and unloading of the goods. This is particularly relevant when our team is responsible for assembly. After careful preparation of the surface, we lay the floor.
