You can return goods within 14 days after purchase, even without giving reasons. 
We will cover the costs of the return shipment for addresses in Germany and Austria (not for pallet shipment).

Please have external damages confirmed in writing by the carrier/parcel service/forwarding agent. Please inform us by e-mail or phone before returning the goods.
