A new start for the whole body

Ayurveda is the oldest holistic healing art in the world, but is often glorified in esoteric terms. Neuroscientist Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary, who grew up in India and the USA, takes a completely different approach: she combines Western conventional medicine with Far Eastern medicine. The recommendations she gives her patients for their diet and lifestyle also have a pleasant side effect: they lose excess pounds - without any effort.

This book shows you how to improve your digestion and improve your memory at the same time. It explains why diets are useless and why you have probably put the cart before the horse with your previous attempts to lose weight. You will also learn
  • Why it's not your diet that matters, but your digestion,
  • How you can tell if you are suffering from a "leaky brain" - and what you can do about it with the self-treatment program presented in this book,
  • How to overcome your cravings, burn fat, gain energy and beat your unhealthy lifestyle habits.

And last but not least, you will learn how to maintain the successes of this program for a lifetime so that you always feel reborn.

About the author
Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary is a neurologist and neuroscientist. Trained in Western conventional medicine, she did not believe in alternative healing methods for a long time - until she herself became chronically ill. For months, she suffered from severe migraines and had to painfully experience how much the medication she was prescribed every day as a doctor restricted her quality of life.
Completely desperate, she turned to her mother, who recommended that she consult an Ayurvedic doctor. This visit to the doctor not only initiated her recovery, but also fundamentally changed her view of medicine and her approach to patients. Since then, she has been practicing integrative medicine, which combines Western conventional medicine with Far Eastern medicine.
