Run better with the Pose Method®

Become faster | increase endurance | avoid injuries | improve flexibility and coordination
Whether you're a top athlete or an amateur, all runners strive to get better, run faster and further and avoid injuries. This goal can be achieved with the Pose method. It combines the individual postures of the body into one perfect running pose and turns it into a fluid movement that saves energy and maximizes the efficiency of the running style. Dr. Nicholas Romanov, sports scientist, Olympic coach and inventor of the Pose Method®, provides a comprehensive introduction to this unique running technique. Romanov shows you how to use gravity to your advantage when running instead of relying solely on your muscle strength. A variety of running exercises will help you learn the specifics of the technique and internalize the new movement sequence. Strengthening and flexibility exercises support your preparation. Using weekly plans, you can then combine all the elements of the training and work specifically with the Pose method - for more speed and endurance, fewer injuries, improved mobility and coordination and, of course, a significant increase in running performance.
