Foam rolling - a real all-rounder for muscles and tissue
Foam rolling is an integral part of sports and therapy. Rolling out the fascia on hard foam rollers and balls stimulates the connective tissue and lymph flow, improves mobility and flexibility, supports regeneration and reduces muscle soreness. You too can benefit from the beneficial effect of foam rolling - whether for muscle preparation, relaxation or treatment of ailments.
Backed by scientific research, fascia training expert Kyle Stull shows you over 25 effective self-massage techniques. Using a roller, stick and ball, you can treat all parts of the body to increase your flexibility, reduce the risk of injury and speed up recovery. In addition, Kyle Stull gives you numerous tips on the subject of fascia: for pain reduction and recovery after injuries, for learning how to breathe correctly, for warming up and for the careful treatment of hardened areas. Thanks to training plans for specific problem areas as well as for the entire muscular and nervous system, you can take a targeted approach and roll yourself into shape from head to toe.
