The PB Speed Drive Sled provides ultimate workout sessions and is the perfect training partner for sprint, strength and speed training to take your fitness and strength to the next level.
The sled can be moved both by our attachable PB Speed Drive Sled weight sled single handles and by our robust PB Speed Drive Sled weight sled pull strap, which is worn around the upper body. It is suitable for use in the gym and indoors as well as outdoors on the grass. The movement is generated by the sprinting and pulling force of the user and, thanks to the grip attachments, enables a wide range of exercise variations as well as a targeted workout of the upper and lower body. The smooth steel rails ensure smooth gliding on different surfaces and enable quick changes of direction.
The easily removable handles make it easy to change direction by simply placing the bars on the opposite side. Additional handles are available as accessories, so you can avoid constantly changing the handles. To intensify your training, you can load the sled with additional weights. The large hook on the sled also allows you to attach a training rope, which is available separately. This allows you to expand your training and create new training stimuli.
The sled is a popular training tool for functional and personal training and is also often used in team sports training sessions. It offers ideal conditions for sprint and acceleration training.
