Fascia Training DVD
With their Functional Myofascial Training (FMT), Berengar Buschmann and Dennis Krämer have developed a method which trains our fascia and their characteristics in targeted and comprehensive ways. Thereby, a distinction is made between four training principles, which are explained and showns on this DVD: the myofascial movement preparation as part of the warm-up, the active workout for the improvement of fascia structures, the movement regeneration during break times within the training, and the regenerative self-massage with fascia roll and ball, also called self-myofascial release. Targeted exercises for the connective tissue can fix pains, limited mobility, or loss of performance, and are the optimal accompanying program for every sports training. The FMT-Method brings the body in a myofascial balance and thus ensures flexibility, elasticity, performance, and wellbeing.
