How does shipping work?
Products from our range are sent by post or DHL. For larger volumes or quantities, we instruct a forwarding agency. Delivery time?
Of course, we immediately work on your order upon receipt. The delivery of your order currently takes place within 2 to 3 working days if the product is on stock. On average, a delivery takes 2 working days after the entry of the order.
Books (up to a weight of 1 kg) and DVDs: 3,90 €
Other products: 7,90 €
For bulky goods, a surcharge of 10,00 € is calculated for domestic orders. Affected articles can be inquired.

Important note: Despite of all diligence, the transport may result in damages. In this case, of course, we refund you the damaged items free of charge. Yet, please note the following procedure: Damages in transit are to be complained to Perform Better immediately upon receipt of the goods. Please insist on a written confirmation about external damages by the deliverer/parcel service/freight forwarder.
