Jill Miller is co-founder of Tune Up Fitness Worldwide and inventor of the Yoga Tune Up® training concept and the Roll-Model® method. She has around 30 years of experience in the field of anatomy and kinetics and has pioneered the meaningful combination of fitness, yoga, massage and pain therapy. She has coached thousands of movement educators, doctors and manual therapists worldwide to integrate their therapy balls into fitness and therapy programs. She and her team of over 400 coaches are in constant contact with professional sports teams on the topics of performance improvement and regeneration. Jill presented case studies at the Fascia Research Congress and at the conferences of the International Association of Yoga Therapy.
