About the author
Dr. Jay Dawes, currently an assistant professor at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, is an expert in strength and conditioning training. He has worked as a coach, trainer and consultant since 1997. He is a certified personal trainer and an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Health and Fitness Specialist.
