Lightweight sprint sled with shoulder strap and nylon rope for optimal sprint & power training. The sled glides evenly over a variety of surfaces and is perfect for sprint training of various sports.
The integrated weight plate holder (Ø 5 cm) allows an individual adjustment of the exercise intensity to every fitness level.
