Optimal flooring solutions for outdoor training areas
PB Flooring Outdoor offers high-density fitness tiles made from 100% recycled rubber, which are ideal for outdoor use. The two-layer system combines coarse granules in the lower layer with finer granules in the upper 5 mm layer, providing excellent shock absorption. The two different floor structures are specifically designed to efficiently drain (rain)water. The tiles are manufactured in the EU and consist exclusively of recycled European car tyres, bound with PU.
The innovative tongue-and-groove system allows for easy installation without adhesive. On average, 4 interlocking pins are used per square metre to securely join the tiles and create a floating system. A pin hole is positioned every 25 centimetres.
The tiles can be easily cut to size using a carpet knife and thus adapt effortlessly to any surface. To minimise weather-related expansion, it is recommended to seal the tile joints with MS polymer adhesive. The edges can be covered with stainless steel profiles if required.
