The Lock-Jaw Hex 1"/25 mm quick release is one of the best of its kind. Featuring a patented quick release latch, a relatively large, good grip surface, dual composite construction and its unique design, the holds the plates securely on the barbell bar while protecting its paint and is not only lightweight but durable to boot.
PB Extreme Urethane Barbell Plates
The color-coded pairs of weight plates come in a variety of styles with a slight difference in weight, allowing for precise trainnig resistance adjustment and a precise workout. They are quiet and gentle on the floor, and can be quickly and easily changed during workouts using the included quick-release fasteners.
All discs have preformed engagements and can thus be ideally installed individually in a wide variety of individual exercises such as front and side raises, curls, squats and much more.
