Fascial Stretching describes and explains the unique manual treatment method of Fascial Stretch Therapy™ developed by Ann and Chris Frederick. The method specifically addresses neuromyofascial imbalances and dysfunctions and is now recognized as a fast-acting and effective therapy for restoring and maintaining a healthy nervous, muscular, skeletal and fascial system.

This handbook for trainers and therapists provides a sound and understandable description of how the method works, how it differs from other fascia treatments and how it can be used in all areas of the musculoskeletal system.
Numerous color photos illustrate the techniques. The examination process is explained in detail so that the therapist learns to assess the needs of their clients and plan an effective treatment. To further increase the success of the therapy, the book also shows how fascia stretching can be integrated into a comprehensive manual treatment.
